🇮🇳 Happy National Technology Day!
On this day in 1998, India made history, not once, but five times. Operation Shakti. Pokhran. A statement that echoed across the world.
India’s successful nuclear tests weren’t just a display of military strength; they were proof of what indigenous scientific brilliance, determination, and decades of quiet, relentless work could
achieve.
From Dr. Homi J. Bhabha laying the foundation of India’s atomic programme in 1944, to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam leading the mission that shook the earth and stirred a nation’s pride, every milestone
was built on the shoulders of countless unsung scientists, engineers, and dreamers.
India’s atomic journey gave us more than deterrence. It gave us nuclear energy, medical isotopes, agricultural innovation, and a seat at the table of global scientific leadership.
Today, as we celebrate National Technology Day, let’s remember: True technology is not imported. It is built with vision, sacrifice, and an unshakeable belief in one’s own capability.
Jai Vigyan. Jai Bharat.🚀⚛️
