S K Y D E C K S E L E C T is a bold reimagination of vertical living that has reshaped ’s skyline with its unmistakable .
The project’s geometric façade design takes apartment living in an entirely new direction, creating a striking visual landmark in the city.
Its 13-floor twinned towers are designed with a unique horizontal structure that integrates split-level duplex apartments, where spaces expand alternately upwards and downwards—bringing movement, depth, and individuality to every home.
Adding to its innovation are the bridge apartments placed between the two wings of the towers, creating a dramatic architectural statement while maximizing functionality.
Each of the 48 expansive 225-square-metre residences is planned to ensure cross ventilation from every side, allowing natural airflow throughout the day. Surrounding balconies provide effective shade, while their generous proportions and lush greenery make every residence feel like a private standalone home in the sky.
