Groundwork Architecture Architecture & Urban Design firm Groundwork Architecture was established in January 2010 by Brijesh Bhatha.

It is guided by a vision that all projects are unique in their programmatic requirements, but demand similar design attention and process to arrive at a logical design conclusion. We strongly believe that, in addition to a good design, a collaborative approach with the client, consultants and contractors is the key to delivering great architectural projects. Our building designs are a natural outc

ome of the project's programmatic requirements, the site's specific terrain and the character and nature of the surroundings. This approach invariably results in unique and sensitive building designs that are responsive to their natural and man made environments.

The apartment is in the residential scheme designed by GA. The furniture design attempts to create functional, simple, uncluttered spaces with bold and robust use of materials and
details. The love of plants is expressed by integrating house plants in design of all the spaces. Polished kotah stone is used in all the areas with the library and tv lounge being the exception as laminated wooden flooring is used there. The lighting in all the spaces is indirect and is customized to integrate wood in all the lights.
