#(Without Maida n Cheeseπ§π§)
_INGREDIENTS_:-
1) Wheat Flour - (1cup)
2) Besan - (1 cup)
3) Jowar Flour - (1 cup)
4) Oil - (3 tsp)
5) Tomato Ketchup π
- (5 tsp)
6) Red Chilli sauce πΆοΈ- (2 tsp )
7) Sliced - Onion π§
, Capsicum , Carrot π₯
8) Finely Chopped Garlic π§(5-6 cloves) n Ginger π₯
9) Oregano
10) Salt to taste π§π§
_STEPS_:-
1) Take a mixing bowl , add all the flour + 1 tsp oil + salt to taste n mix it well ; Make a bit stiff Dough than regular Chapati dough n nead it well for 4-5 min ; Apply oil n cover it with Damp cloth for 10 mins
2) After 10 mins nead Dough again for 3-4 mins
3) Make Balls Of Dough n Roll down pasta sheets if needed sprinkle some wheat flour , just thickness like regular normal Chapati ; n cut out rectangle of 0.5 Γ 1.5 cms
4) Take one rectangle n press them in between your Thumb n index finger π€π€ to shape it like butterfly ; make it n place them in large plate so that they don't stick , make all in shape n keep it around for 20 mins
5) Take a bit big utensil in it boil water , it should be really high in Temprature now add salt + 1/2 tsp oil n add pasta ;
Cook pasta for 7-8 mins on medium flame
6) Strain boiled Pasta n wash immediately with cold water n strain gain
7) In Pan heat 1 1/2 oil , On high flame add Sliced veggies + Ginger + Garlic , Sorte it for 3-4 mins on high flame
8) Add Red chilli sause + Kectup + Oregano n sorte it for 2-3 mins on medium flame
9) Add cooked Pasta n 1 tsp water n salt , mix it well , n cook on medium flame for 2-3 min
10) Yummy Creamy Delicious Pasta Without any Fats is ready ππ
