Every successful F&B space begins with a strong concept. For Smoothie Factory at Urban Village, Vertica City Central, Ambala City, our vision was to create a fresh, energetic, and memorable customer experience inspired by the natural colors, textures, and vibrancy of fruits.

The design balances a soft neutral base palette with carefully curated fruit-inspired accent colors, allowing the brand identity to stand out while maintaining a clean and contemporary aesthetic. Open planning, strategic lighting, custom furniture, playful visual elements, and seamless customer circulation work together to create a space that feels inviting, refreshing, and highly Instagram-worthy.

As a global smoothie and frozen yogurt brand, Smoothie Factory required an environment that reflects health, freshness, and positivity. Every design decision—from material selection and color psychology to branding integration and spatial planning—was made to strengthen the customer experience and enhance the operational efficiency of the outlet.

The result is a vibrant destination where architecture, interiors, and branding come together to create an unforgettable F&B experience.

Introducing our latest completed café project — Smoothie Factory at Urban Village, Vertica City Central, Ambala City.

Inspired by the freshness and vibrancy of fruits, this US-based franchise outlet was designed with a subtle neutral base palette complemented by carefully curated fruit-inspired accents. The result is a bright, welcoming, and contemporary space that perfectly reflects the brand’s identity while enhancing the customer experience.

From smoothies and froyo to bowls, juices, and ice creams, every corner of this space was thoughtfully crafted to create a refreshing destination for the community.

There’s a strange paradox in architecture…

Designing for clients feels natural. You listen, interpret, and translate someone else’s vision into reality. But when the brief turns inward—when the client is you—everything changes.

While working on my own office cabin at Suthar Architects, I realised something unexpected…
The hardest project an architect ever takes on is his own space.

Because now the questions are no longer simple—
What defines you as a designer?
What materials truly represent your language?
What kind of space reflects not just your work… but your mind?

Every corner becomes a debate.
Every finish, a statement.
Every detail, a reflection of years of learning, unlearning, and evolving.

An architect’s office is not just a workspace—
It’s a laboratory of ideas.
A place where future concepts are born.
A silent pitch to every client who walks in.
A constant reminder to push boundaries, yet stay rooted in your design philosophy.

And that’s where the real hustle begins…
When you have hundreds of ideas in your mind, but you must choose only a few to represent everything you stand for.

For me, the answer wasn’t about choosing the most extravagant elements—
It was about choosing what feels timeless.

Our upcoming office design brings together:
– Warmth of natural oak veneer
– Raw honesty of exposed stone finishes
– Precision and luxury of quartz countertops

A balance between elegance, material expression, and detail—
A space that inspires, challenges, and evolves with every project we take on.

Because in the end…
Your space doesn’t just reflect your work—

What really makes an F&B space *work*?

It’s not just good branding, not just aesthetics, and definitely not just seating capacity.

While designing **Smoothie Factory** at Urban Village, Vatika City Central, Ambala City — we realized something powerful:

👉 In today’s F&B industry, *experience is the product*.

This U.S.-based franchise demanded more than replication — it needed *local emotion with global identity*. The challenge was to translate a vibrant, fruit-forward brand into a physical space that feels fresh, energetic, and instantly uplifting.

So we asked:
How do you make people *feel refreshed even before their first sip?*

The answer shaped everything —

🍊 A **natural fruit-inspired theme** that subtly triggers freshness
🍓 **Accent fruit colors** to energize the space without overwhelming it
🥥 **White terrazzo flooring** to balance vibrancy with visual calm
🌿 **Warm wooden elements & textures** to ground the experience
🍍 **Playful wallpapers & graphics** to reinforce brand storytelling

And most importantly —

A **cool sit-out environment** where people don’t just grab a drink…
they pause, connect, and *chill*.

Because in F&B design, the real metric isn’t just footfall —
it’s *how long people choose to stay*.

Conceived as a bold architectural statement, the facade embodies a dynamic yet disciplined language—where strong linear geometry is seamlessly integrated with a rich, meticulously detailed stone surface. The interplay of solid and void, enhanced by a striking metal framework, creates depth, movement, and a commanding visual identity.

Every line, proportion, and material has been carefully curated to reflect our core philosophy—designing spaces that are not only aesthetically powerful but also timeless, functional, and deeply experiential.
