Originally constructed in 1910. The 'K' Center (Kannan Building) is an iconic commercial complex located on M.G. Road in Bangalore.

Initially, the idea conceptualized based on the features associated with its elementary construction during the British era.

As the building rules and regulations were revised, the design had to be adapted to the changes.

The ornamental wrought iron brackets are the most striking aspect of the building’s exterior, which were retained from the original structure.

The K center, with its concrete structure, is accordingly reminiscent of the past in appearance and substance.

Achieving commercial feasibility along with retaining the heritage feel was a challenge we enjoyed accomplishing.
