Another Large Industrial Project under Construction and nearing Completion is for our Clients, M/s. Packguard Industries, on a Private Industrial Land at Gangadhara Palya, at Nelamangala, on the Outskirts of Bangalore. They manufacture Interior Accessories for Automobiles and Private Vehicles. The Land Area is 4 Acres but the First Phase of Construction is on only One Acre. The Single Building consists of A Two Storeyed RCC Structure, each of about 30000 Sft Built Up Area. The Ceiling heights are of 5 metres ( 16'6" ) each with Column Spacings of 7.50 metres ( about 25' 0" ) both ways. The RCC Columns are themselves 750 x 750 mm ( 2'6" x 2'6" ) and RCC Slab is 200 mm ( 8" thick ) Designed for a Load Bearing capacity of 1.50 Metric Tonne per Square Metre. The Second Floor is covered by a PEB Structure of 30000 Sft, and with an Eave Height of 10 metres ( more than 30 '0" ). The Roof is of Bare Galvalume Sheets with Day Light Panels in alternative Bays for Natural Lighting, and Colour Coated Sheets for the Side Wall Cladding. As usual we have kept in mind the Aesthetics and the Functional Aspects, as well. The Scheduled date of Completion is April 2026.

Proposed Industrial Project for An Industry making Polythene Bags in the KIADB Industrial Area at Vasantha Narasapura, in Tumkur District in Karnataka, spread over a 9 Acre Industrial Land ! This mainly consists of Two Main Production Blocks constructed in PEB ( Pre Engineered Building ). The Larger one is of 1,50,000 Sft and the smaller one is of 60,000 Sft. It also consists of multiple smaller PEB Structures, of Built up Areas, varying from 5000 Sft to 10000 Sft. These are used as a Staff Canteen Block, Maintenance Room, Store Room, RP Plant Room, Ink Store etc. The Project also has an Underground Fresh Water Tank, Rain Water Harvesting Water Tank, A Fire Water Tank and Underground Pump Room. There are other RCC Buildings for the Two Labour Quarters and A Two Storeyed Security Plaza. Smaller PEB Structures for Workers Canteen, Staff Toilets, Workers' Toilets and Baths, Electrical Room etc., of about 10000 Sft. The Aesthetics and all the Functional aspects have been considered while Designing all the PEB and RCC Buildings ! The Project is nearing Completion and will be ready for commissioning by March 2026.

Proposed Industrial Building for An Industry making Optic Cables and Silicon Wires in the Industrial Area of Shoolagiri in Dharmapuri District in Tamilnadu ! This consists of A Main factory Building of 75000 Sft spread over a 4 Acre Land. It consists of PEB Structures, of 75000 Sft, for the Main Production Block and the Maintenance Room and Power House cm DG Room and other RCC Buildings for the Employee's Quarters, Cloak Rooms, Canteen and Security Rooms etc., of about 10000 Sft. The Aesthetics and Utility aspects of a similar Chemical Industry consisting of various types of Blocks has been considered while Designing!

Proposed Industrial Building for M/s. Anjani Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. A Floor Mill in the KIADB Industrial Area of Vemgal, in Kolar District! This is A Plant of 75000 sqft spread over 2 Acres of Land. It consists of RCC Structures of 45000 Sft for the Main Mill Block and Pre Engineered Buildings of 30000 Sft for Raw Material Godowns and Finished Goods Store, Designed keeping in mind the Aesthetics and Functional aspects of a typical Food Industry, consisting of various areas of work !
