A school needs a heart, and I was grateful to be able to carve out this triple-height atrium on a very tight footprint, just to be able to plant a tree.
I'm thinking of a honge (milletia pinnata) - indigenous, productive, hardy, with a gorgeous green canopy and white/pink inflorescences
