As a support representative, you will be the first point of contact regarding any technical / non-technical queries or requests.
Resolve queries & requests of the customer efficiently and effectively over the call,escalating or assigning to internal teams when needed.
Meet SLAs like response and resolution time, ultimately meeting customer expectations.
Work towards guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
Own customer issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status, working on the ticketing system with constant updates and driving issues to closure.
Remotely supporting customers and partners using any remote desktop tools.
Collaborate with internal team members to properly manage customer inquiries and escalate when appropriate.
Partner with internal team members on various strategic projects when needed.
Provide continuous improvement solutions that have the potential to impact the customer experience and operational effectiveness.
Conduct gap analysis and assess from a technical and customer perspective.
Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and availability.
Document solutions for knowledge-base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience working in a customer support role, preferably in technical support.
Willingness to support the business requirements as and when needed.
Diploma or Gradurate in any discipline preferably CS/IT/Electronics.
Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communications skills
Excellent Customer service & customer-centric orientation·
Ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence
Strong documentation skills
Expertise in working with any commonly used CRM, ERP, project management tools, etc
Excellentability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts·
Good debugging skills·
Good understanding of working on Windows, Linux & mobile OS such as Androidor ios.
Fair knowledge of network topologies, devices, and frequently needed changes and settings.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
