Own a rooftop garden!
Your living room is right beneath the rooftop? Then you know what I'm saying.. the cooling costs in summer burn your fingers?
Go for a rooftop garden.
Science: An unprotected roof surface receives the heat from the sun and retains during the day, and releases the stored heat by radiation or convection afterwards. The transfer of the stored heat into your living room increases the room temperature and heat gains thus it takes lot of electricity to cool the room.
Now, how a rooftop garden helps to reduce the room temperature or finger burning electricity bill?
