klimArt Architects Our philosophy- Buildings are not to be built on site, but rather should grow from it!

'Klima' is climate in Latin and klimArt is the art of designing with climate. In an energy conscious world the need of the hour is to design buildings in harmony with the macro and micro climate of the site, leading to functional and low energy yet aesthetically supreme built spaces. With this as the driving motto, a group of highly qualified professionals got together to form what is today called

klimArt, offering consultancy services in Architectural and Civil Engineering domains. Buildings are not to be built on a site, but rather it should grow from the site, as if it belongs there...
in harmony with the resources of the site – like the slopes, the rock formations, the trees and vegetation, the play of hard and soft paved areas, the rain water collection & harvesting and minimizing surface run off, building with sun and wind, building to keep heat out in summer and get heated up in winter.... And all these form the back bone of contemporary sustainable building philosophy. Â
klimArt prides itself in being one of its kind of development firm which provides end to end solution in terms of design, and project management. With offices in Delhi, Jaipur, Chennai and Bangalore, we are poised to offer high end consultancy services and turnkey execution for a select and discerning clientele.

Urban living, shaped through light and depth.

Proposed for Satyaloka, Saraswati Nagar, this premium mixed-use development for Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board is envisioned as a responsive façade system. Balconies extend as lived edges, while recessed volumes create depth, shade, and spatial variation.

Each residence opens into light-filled terraces and layered thresholds, bringing together density and openness. As the day shifts, the building evolves, with light and shadow shaping its character.

A proposal that brings together living, comfort, and spatial quality.

Designed to support events like AWS Summit Bengaluru 2026 at Karnataka Trade Promotion Organisation, this convention and exhibition hall responds to the demands of scale and continuity.

A large-span, column-free hall allows flexibility across changing event formats.
A parametric façade moderates heat and daylight.
Site planning structures movement for high-volume use.

Together, these strategies create a space that performs with clarity and consistency.

Turning off lights for one hour helps. But real impact is built into the other 364 days.

Across our projects, energy savings are equivalent to turning off lights for hundreds of hours every year. Not through add-ons, but through decisions made at the start of design.

At the Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (Hpcl) North Central Zone Office, Lucknow (EPI: 70 kWh/sqm/year) and the PGCIL campus, Yelahanka (EPI: 63 kWh/sqm/year), this approach translates into measurable performance.

From orientation and daylighting to material and system integration, efficiency is embedded into how buildings are conceived.

Design decides the impact.
Our projects begin with what exists.

14 campuses. One consistent approach.

Across CM Rise campuses in Madhya Pradesh, site planning worked with existing trees and contours rather than clearing them.
Each campus was designed as an extension of its landscape.

The result is reduced site cost, improved microclimate, and stronger environmental integration.

This Earth Day, the question is not what we add, but what we choose to preserve.

WE ARE HIRING.
At KlimArt, we see architecture beyond drawings and built form. It is how a space is felt, communicated, and understood.
We’re looking for individuals who can bring that clarity into their work:

• Videographer / Graphic Designer - to shape how our projects and studio are seen and experienced.
• Architectural 3D Specialist - to translate design intent into compelling spatial visualisations.

This is not about tools alone.
It is about observation, restraint, and the ability to make design meaningful.
If this aligns with how you think and work, we would like to see it.

Every corridor at Sandipani Vidyalayas in Madhya Pradesh, designed by klimArt, tells its own story. The bold oranges, reds, and yellows aren't just colour on walls, they are the school's way of saying every path you walk here matters. Leading lines that guide little feet forward, and colours that make the journey just as joyful as the destination.

The jaalis at Sandipani Vidyalaya (formerly CM Rise Schools) do something quietly magical: they turn every corridor into a lesson in pattern, shadow, and wonder.
They turn hallways into constantly shifting canvases where sunlight filters, scatters, and breathes life into everyday movement. Over time, patterns change, transforming transitory spaces into quiet moments of wonder, curiosity, and pause.
Before a child even opens a textbook, the walls are already speaking.

Architecture is a team sport. Quite literally, as it turns out.
On site, in studio, on the road, on the field, everywhere. This is what an architectural practice actually looks like- not just the completed projects and client meetings, but the people behind them, in all their forms.

There's something about the people you build things with. The ones who show up, consistently, for the good and the bad days. On & off the field.
Here’s a few glimpses from what we didn't post from 2025- different versions of our team that comes together to bring our clients’ visions to reality.

Aurus 6 carries 's identity at scale.

Across its floors, the double-skin system resolves what many buildings treat as competing demands: thermal performance and visual character.

With wood-finish panels, laser-cut perforated aluminium sheets, and toughened glass glazing - each material pulling its own weight. Together they form a that intercepts Ahmedabad's heat, dust, and monsoon before either reaches the interior.

The air cavity between the skins drives natural convection, exhausting hot air upward and reducing mechanical cooling load in the process.

The orange is intentional. Bold, modular, unapologetic - it carries HIVE's identity outward without decoration for its own sake. Juliette balconies puncture the rhythm, vertical greens soften it and the whole composition reads as passive strategy made visible.

Every well-designed building eventually turns inward. After the facade's passive systems, the double-skin envelope, the vertical greens- the heart of memories and HIVE’s identity will settle in the rooms.

The Regional Office, Raipur is a 4,359 sqm corporate campus conceived around a central courtyard - the Brahmasthana - with spatial zoning drawn directly from Vastu Shastra principles.

Entrance & lighter public functions anchor the northeast; head offices and heavier programmatic zones settle into the southwest; services to the northwest, kitchen and dining to the southeast.

The site planning separates entry, exit, drop-off, parking and green zones with deliberate clarity and for ease of access. The architecture responds to central India's climate through strategies and energy-efficient systems, extending klimArt's ongoing collaboration with HPCL and their shared commitment to environmental responsibility.
