4th after approve
l of design we will propose you
the coast ,
5th after coast finalized we will collect 10%
addvane and go to the site for final
measurement ,
6th after final measurement we will prepare the
document for sign of , at the time of sign off we
will collect 50% .
7th after sign of we will tack 25 days to deliver
the materials ,at the time of delivery we will
collect 35% ,
8th we will tack 10 days for 2bhk , 15 days for
3bhk for installation ,
9th after installation we will collect 5% at the
time of handle fixing ,
