We are glad to share with you all that one of our projects have finally taken shape on ground and is ready to be occupied soon. In a span of less than a year this structure came into shape as it is today. The house is designed to cater the need of a family and is surrounded by the ranges of Jhajjiar hills on one side and Kot hills on another.

We are glad to share an update regarding the proposed development of Smart Park at Kalpa, Kinnaur. After intensive market research we have submitted a Detailed Project Report (DPR) to DC Kinnaur who is overlooking the progress of the project. At the ground level, site development work had started back in April and now we are in a position to Fastrack the development work as per schedule.

We are happy to share with you all that is working as Architect-Landscape Consultant on , Project. The proposed park would be one of the first one of it's kind in Himachal. The project will showcase Smart Solar and Water harvesting features along with several smart Park elements. The project is expected to be completed by the end of July this year.

We are pleased to share with you that NSHDP is assisting HPTCP in preparation of GIS based Development Plan-2041 of Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh. The GIS based DP will lay the path forward for the future development of an urban region expected to cater the population of approximately 50k.
