Every Work Has An 'EFFORT '..

Why people show denial to give Architects fees..?

According to an example if people do shopping, they can't take a single thing..at least a safety pin from a shop without paying. Can't consult the physician without paying, can't travel on bus, train or taxi without paying. Each and every professional or non professional sector, payment is the soul factor, no more confusion in those areas, otherwise they have the right to question..

But people show a special approach to get free service from one professional category..
From that professional category the people get their products as Designs & BOQ with two or three corrections, free site visits, spending hours at the site initially, spending hours for meeting with clients, Unfortunately that professional category is Architect/Interior Architect,Civil Engineer Etc..

The Pathetic factor is most of the the Clients are not willing to disclose their budget in front of the Architects. Conclusion is the Architect designs things with his own imagination. At last it leads to rejection by the Client because of the huge budget. And the Architect's efforts are absolutely wasted. The client should understand one thing, the effort of making Designs and the BOQ is not at all a small thing or magic.. It is a very big effort.. that is called project case study or BOQ Preparation. The Architect spends lot of time for Designing Process too.. It is an issue some of the Architect/Interior Architect facing nowadays..

I'm not trying to insult clients.. because our existence depends on the clients..

Note : The Architects Go Away After A Project From The Clients.. But Clients Live their Remaining life in those Wonderful places which came from the imagination and creativity of Those Architects..
