We are proud to see Kasa by Holzer featured in

Conceived as an experiential furniture showroom, the space brings classical, modern, and minimalist styles into a unified spatial narrative. Recessed niches and layered lighting create depth while maintaining a calm architectural backdrop. Light, material, and carefully framed displays guide the experience, allowing each piece to be understood in context.

A space where design is not only displayed, but experienced.

Where balconies become sculpture.

In Panchkula, we shaped this residence through faceted balconies and deep cantilevers that shift with the sun. Origami-like folded planes sculpt the facade, breaking the monotony of flat slabs while framing outdoor terraces. Full-height glazing draws light inward, while a tall light court introduces daylight and ventilation through the centre of the home. Planters and terraces soften the geometry, extending living spaces outward.

Sometimes a building just needs to bend the rules.

Big news! Kasa by Holzer is now featured in

The interiors unfold as a sequence of rooms rather than rows of display, allowing each piece to be understood within its spatial context. Raw materials and restrained detailing establish a calm framework, while metal, wood, fluted glass, and sculptural lighting introduce depth and texture. Colour accents and greenery guide transitions between active display zones and quieter, more lived settings.

An experience centre designed around how furniture is lived with.

Design is the quiet engine of office culture.

From creative stair nooks to modern glass workspaces, these interiors blend industrial textures, natural light, and thoughtful spatial planning. Breakout corners, informal lounges, and collaborative zones balance openness with privacy, while glass partitions, slatted dividers, and curated material palettes guide circulation and visual connection. We explored reception areas, meeting nooks, and creative corners crafted to inspire collaboration, comfort, and a vibrant office culture.

Spaces that balance drama, calm, and connection with nature.

At the Cottages at Shogi, we explored interiors with textured walls, layered lighting, and natural stone and wood finishes. Double-height volumes, floating staircases, and large glazing frame views and bring daylight deep inside. Exposed concrete, warm timber, and sculptural lighting create contrast while minimal layouts highlight spatial hierarchy.

Experience the serenity in every corner.

Every home tells its own story through its facade.
Modern minimalism appears in clean lines, layered screens, and light-filled interiors. Bold sculptural forms extend with cantilevered balconies and dynamic geometry. Neo-classical villas reinterpret symmetry with columns, balustrades, and refined detailing.

Depth, rhythm, and hierarchy shape each façade, while large windows, recessed balconies, and subtle projections create engaging light and shadow.
Each villa showcases a unique architectural identity and refined elegance for modern living.

Designed to slow your eye before it shelters the body.

When branding begins with architecture.
————————
At Fortune ITC Mohali, framing elements define identity, textured panels animate light, and transparent podium levels invite public engagement. The upper hospitality block anchors privacy, while the rooftop pool and parametric canopy crown the structure with a strong skyline moment.

Town Square is beginning to breathe.

Walking the site today, the structure is setting its own rhythm. Concrete frames are rising, brickwork is starting to shape real edges, and the plaza proportions finally make sense at the human scale. What once lived in drawings now holds weight, height, and shadow you can actually stand inside.

A hotel that refuses to be just a box.
————————
Curvilinear framing elements wrap the building, breaking the typical hotel block into something more sculpted and dynamic. Transparent ground levels invite, upper floors anchor, and the activated rooftop extends the experience into the skyline. A strong statement in modern hotel architecture.

A Frame Cottage, Chandigarh
————————
We began with the triangle. A frame portal that resolves load through geometry. Every angled member was positioned for structural efficiency, reducing complexity while strengthening identity.

Here, structure is not hidden behind design. It is the design.

Architecture that feels like an exhale
————————
We shaped this A-frame with a steep silhouette and full-height glazing to frame the landscape like living art. Warm timber lines the interior, balancing the crisp masonry volumes and anchoring the form to its setting. Decks extend the living spaces outward, dissolving the boundary between shelter and nature.

Would you escape here for the weekend or stay longer?

Watch the skeleton shape the sanctuary.
————————
The primary ribs are now standing, repeating across the site with precision. Cross bracing locks the structure, the apex lines meet, and the raised platforms define future decks and thresholds. What once lived on drawings now occupies the landscape with scale and presence. You can already feel the height, the volume, the shelter.

Step by step, the sanctuary is taking form.
