😍😱Jyothika weightloss high protein cheesecake🍰Yogurt cheesecake| Chocolate cheesecake

Measurements -
3/4 cup thick hung curd
1 whole egg (If you want extra firmness: 1 egg + 1 tsp cornflour)
2 tbsp honey (or adjust)
1&1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Optional- few drops vanilla

Bake at 160°c for 15-20 min

Karuvepilai is often treated like a side character in our chutneys, sambar & gravies… usually picked out and left aside 🙈 But this time, I turned it into a flavorful Karuvepilai Poondu Milagu Kulambu packed with the goodness of curry leaves 🌿 Rich in iron & great for hair health, this is a tasty way to make kids enjoy eating it too ❤️

Storage - Stays fresh in the fridge for up to 15 days, making lunchbox packing super handy😍🔥

A quick recipe
🧄To a pan add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp pepper, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp fenugreek, curry leaves 3 cup(1 cup -250ml),10-12 garlic, onion 1, tomato 2, salt and sauté for 5 min in low flame.
🧄Cool down and make a smooth paste.
🧄Now to the pot add 5 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp mustard, 1/4 tbsp Channa dal, 1 tsp urad dal,1/4 cup small onion, 10 garlic and sauté for 5 min in low flame.
🧄Now add the prepared paste, asafoetida 1 tsp and cook for 5 min.
🧄Then add 2 tbsp chilli powder( used kulambu Milagai thool) , 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and sauté for 2 min.
🧄Now soak small lemon size tamarind in water and extract the pulp.
🧄Add the tamarind extract to pot along with 2 cup water and cook until oil starts to separate on the top layer.( might take 15-20 min in low flame)
🧄Turn off the flame and add 1 tsp jaggery
🧄Serve it with white rice

High protein tiramisu
To a pan add 750 ml of milk and boil it.
Mix 1 tbsp vinegar + 2 tbsp water and add to pan.
Collect the curdled milk and squeeze excess water.
To a mixer add prepared paneer,2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp vanilla essence, pinch of salt, 4-5 tbsp milk and make a smooth paste( if you want to skip milk add the remaining whey liquid after making paneer)
To a bowl add 1&1/2 tbsp coffee powder ,1/4 cup hot boiling water and mix well.
Dip rusk in coffee mix and arrange in a box.
Refrigerate 5-10 min and add the prepared paneer mix 1/2 cup and refrigerate 10 min.
Repeat the layer with rusk and paneer mix.
Refrigerate 3 hours and dust cocoa powder on top.
Serve it chill

A quick recipe
To a mixer add 1/4 cup pasta and pulse for 1-2 sec.
Now to a pan add 2 cup water, pasta and cook until it turns soft.
To a mixer add 1 cup mango,1&1/2 cup coconut milk, sugar 4tbsp( adjust as per mango sweetness) and blend to a smooth mix.
Add to pan and cook for 1 min in low flame.
Add 2 crushed cardamom, ghee roasted cashew, raisins and mix well.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve it chill.

Quick Recipe 👇
ஒரு mixie-ல் 1/4 cup pasta சேர்த்து 1–2 seconds pulse பண்ணிக்கொள்ளவும்.
ஒரு pan-ல் 2 cup water சேர்த்து pasta-வை soft ஆகும் வரை வேகவைக்கவும்.
பின்னர் mixie-ல் 1 cup mango, 1½ cup coconut milk, 4 tbsp sugar (மாம்பழத்தின் sweetness-க்கு ஏற்ப adjust பண்ணிக்கொள்ளலாம்) சேர்த்து smooth ஆக அரைக்கவும்.
அதை pan-ல் சேர்த்து low flame-ல் 1 minute மட்டும் cook பண்ணவும்.
அதன் பிறகு 2 crushed cardamom, ghee-ல் roasted cashew & raisins சேர்த்து mix செய்யவும்.

😱🔥15 min Vendakkai muttai rice😍Kids healthy lunch box recipe💪Egg rice

A quick recipe
🍃To a pan add 3tbsp peanut and roast for 1min.
🍃Now add 2 red chilli, 1 tsp cumin and roast for 1 min.
🍃Remove the skin of peanut and make a coarse powder along with chilli & cumin.
🍃Add 2 tbsp oil to a pan , 1 tsp mustard, 1 onion, curry leaves, 4 garlic , curry leaves and sauté until onion changes its colour.
🍃Now add 2 cup chopped Vendakkai, salt and cook for 5 min.
🍃Add 1/2 tbsp Garam masala, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder and cook for 1 min.
🍃Crack open 1 egg & add prepared chilli peanut powder and mix well.
🍃Cook for 1 min and add 2 cup cooked rice, coriander leaves and mix well

Mushroom rice
To a pan add 1 tbsp butter,1 tbsp oil, 1 chopped onion,5-6 chopped garlic and sauté for 1 min.
Now add 1 cup mushroom and saute for 2 min in high flame.
Add salt, chopped capsicum & sauté for a min.
Now add 2 cup rice, 1 tbsp mixed herbs,1 tbsp pepper powder, coriander leaves and mix well.

Basmati rice
To a pressure cooker add 1 cup basmati rice,1&1/4 cup water, salt and pressure cook 1 whistle.

A quick recipe
To a pressure cooker add 300 grams of mutton,2 tbsp ginger garlic paste,1 green chilli, salt, curd 2 tbsp, coriander powder 1/2 tbsp, cumin powder 1 tsp, pepper powder 1/2 tbsp, water 2 cup and pressure cook 5 whistle.
To a pan add 2 cup water & boil it. Now add 2 sliced onion, coriander stem,2 green chilli, 5 cashew, 5 almond,1 tbsp sunflower seeds & boil for 3-4 min.
Add poppy seeds 1 tsp and make a smooth paste.
Now to a pan add 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp cumin, 3 cloves,3 cardamom, 1/2 inch cinnamon,1 mace & prepared onion paste.
Sauté for 4 min and add pressure cooked mutton, mutton water 1/2 cup and cook until oil separates.
Now add saffron milk 4tbsp and 3 tbsp fresh cream,1 tsp Garam masala and mix well.
Serve it with naan
