A quick recipe
To a pressure cooker add 300 grams of mutton,2 tbsp ginger garlic paste,1 green chilli, salt, curd 2 tbsp, coriander powder 1/2 tbsp, cumin powder 1 tsp, pepper powder 1/2 tbsp, water 2 cup and pressure cook 5 whistle.
To a pan add 2 cup water & boil it. Now add 2 sliced onion, coriander stem,2 green chilli, 5 cashew, 5 almond,1 tbsp sunflower seeds & boil for 3-4 min.
Add poppy seeds 1 tsp and make a smooth paste.
Now to a pan add 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp cumin, 3 cloves,3 cardamom, 1/2 inch cinnamon,1 mace & prepared onion paste.
Sauté for 4 min and add pressure cooked mutton, mutton water 1/2 cup and cook until oil separates.
Now add saffron milk 4tbsp and 3 tbsp fresh cream,1 tsp Garam masala and mix well.
Serve it with naan
