VHIL had informed to deliver the Thazham apartments in June 2013 and a grace period of 3 months (Sep 2013). Only around 50% of construction is completed for the customer's side and not even the basement is completed in owners side (as of Aug 25, 2013). During a discussion with VHIL, they have confirmed to deliver the flats by end of March 2014 including everything they have promised in the agreeme

nt. We are in a discussion with the builders to get this as an agreement along with the compensation plan if they miss the delivery. Those who has purchased a flat in Thazham Apartments can join and provide updates from their end. Photos will be updated soon.
