The firm was established by its Principal Architect, V.S.Vigneswar. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, CEPT University in Ahmedabad and has been selected to represent the University as an exchange student at TU Delft, The Netherlands in the Masters Program. He has had extensive professional experience handling a wide variety of projects in multiple firms. Besides his practice he is also a Visiting Faculty at SAP, Anna University and MEASI, Chennai. In a short while we have established a reputation among our clients for delivering innovative value addition to their projects. We exercise great care on adherence to the time-frame and budget of the project and take pride in our professionalism and also expect the same from our clients. We believe in a Research-based Design Process and go the extra mile to acquire a deep understanding about the context and requirements of a project. We also appreciate the collaborative nature of design and consider it crucial to incorporate the varying requirements of the clients, consultants, contractors and other associated personnel involved in the project. On the whole we believe in creating a holistic environment which celebrates life. The firm has experience handling projects of varying typologies like residential, commercial, leisure, institutional, heritage conservation and architectural research. We are currently handling more than 1-million square feet of projects in Chennai, Bangalore and other places, many of which have received recognition in National and International Platforms.
