Project plot area- 2200 sq.ft., BUA- 3000 sq.ft. residence located at Thiruvencherry, Chennai.�A contemporary haven designed for modern living, where clean lines, minimalist aesthetics, and functional spaces come together to create a serene retreat,
tailored to meet the understanding of client needs.
Design interlocks the idea of villa type completely dedicated structure to clients living with a rented portion which both having private entrance,
the villa side has the amminities such as extended living room connected to outdoor and a double height space connected to staircase, outdoor seating spaces, skylight features and private balconies with interesting features.�The extended deck portion connects with hall and dining with wide openable glass door which is protected with some interesting pattern of M.S.works which acts a safety feature and also a dynamic pattern eye catching to sunlight over time to time.�Facade treated with very soft tones of colour with textures treatment.��project details:
