✨Compact. Clever. Customer-focused.
Laptop 360 is proof that small spaces can still be spacious — with the right design.
📍Laptop 360 is a compact commercial space designed to meet multiple requirements within a limited area. The space includes a reception table, a display table, and dedicated storage for laptops. To accommodate customer interactions, a foldable discussion table with profile lighting was added, allowing customers to sit and discuss their preferences comfortably. A mirrored grid ceiling enhances the sense of space, while a soft pastel sky blue palette for furniture and beige-white walls keeps the environment light and open. A dedicated review corner lets customers share their feedback on both service and products.

Located in Kil Kotagiri, this resort project is developed within a 16-acre landholding owned by a client with an established background in hospitality, operating a boarding and lodging facility in Kotagiri. With a vision to expand part of their land, the client sought to create a boutique resort that would offer an intimate and curated guest experience.
The initial brief called for the development of 10 guest rooms, along with a reception, dining space, restaurant, and kitchen. However, as part of Phase 1, the project has been realized with 6 guest rooms, a dining area, kitchen, and janitor facilities, carefully planned and constructed to respond sensitively to the site's natural setting.
The site’s mild contours were meticulously studied to position the rooms with minimal intervention, preserving the integrity of the land while maximizing natural views and privacy for each room.
Locally sourced natural stone, excavated directly from the site, was extensively used in the construction to establish a strong material connection between architecture and landscape. Existing features — including an arched building and a treehouse — were retained and integrated into the masterplan, honoring the original character of the site.
At the site's lowest level, a perennial stream flows through, creating a constant natural soundscape that enhances the sensory experience of the development.
This marks the beginning of the detailed documentation of the project — the design and construction journey will continue to unfold in the upcoming posts.
