What if a house had no traditional living room and instead placed the dining area at its heart? Welcome to 72MCT House, a remarkable 2,800 sq ft (260 m²) split-level townhouse in Da Nang, Vietnam, designed by SBS House and led by architect Le Quang Trung.
Inspired by the traditional architecture of Hoi An, this modern Vietnamese home beautifully combines privacy, family connection, natural light, and climate-responsive design. The house features a distinctive louvered roof system, an indoor tree symbolizing family growth, skylights, natural ventilation pathways, and an open terrace that connects the family with nature.
