As the Building's function requires ambient lighting throughtout the day as well as night, the energy needs were to be taken care of. Various measures have been taken in that respect such as solar energy harnessed in photo-voltaic cells converted into electricity to reduce load on state supply. Solar panels for heating water for use in toilets & kitchens are intalled.
Computerized system for management of air-conditioning, security, lighting and monitoring of building parameters . Automatic maintenance of equipment and communications have also been provided.
