Sometimes a site visit today gets turned into a half-day.

Material didn't match the sample. Contractor found something unexpected behind the wall. Client had "just one small question" that took 45 minutes.

This is a normal Tuesday for us.

Lived-in interiors have been everywhere lately.

You know that cozy, personal kind of space that looks warm, inviting, and just… real. But sometimes it’s hard to figure out how to actually get that look without changing everything.
It usually comes down to the little things.

❤️ Add heart wherever you can by displaying the books you love, family photos, art that makes you pause, small trinkets from moments that matter.

⏳ Mix the old and new so your space feels layered, not themed.

💡 And please, skip the harsh overhead lights. Go for lamps, candles, pendants, soft glows, that’s what brings warmth to a room.
It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to feel like you live there.

About saying no more than saying yes.
About designing homes that live well, not just photograph well.

This shift changed everything for us.

We stopped chasing trends. Stopped adding elements just because they're "in right now."
Restraint doesn't mean boring. It means intentional.
