What an honor it is to receive the ‘The Economic Times Real Estate Awards 2022 - NORTH’ for Kashmir University Administration Office, Main Campus as ‘Architectural Project-Educational Institutions’. Our team is grateful for The Economic Times for recognizing our sustainable building initiatives and offering us a feature in their newspaper!

The ET Real Estate Award jury members were generous to evaluate this institutional project on smart building technologies, eco-friendly amenities, energy efficiency, and financial sustainability.

We dedicate this award to our diligent team members at ANA. It is because of the generosity of our clients at University of Kashmir who offered us this great opportunity to work on multiple campuses in Srinagar, Kupwara, Zakura, Leh, Kargil, and Jammu.

When we speak of “high tech” or “high performance” buildings, the immediate vision is of the Starship Enterprise or some such figment of cinematic imagination.

Having had the opportunity of working in India and other developing nations, ANA has had the good fortune of being a part of very committed and innovative teams that have delivered such buildings, in very competitive timelines and costs.

Our biggest so far, has been the flagship laboratory complex for Reliance Technology Group or RTG for Reliance Industries Limited at Navi Mumbai, India.

This laboratory complex, spread over half a million square feet, houses the research laboratories for all businesses of Reliance Industries, and the main National Operations Centre for their telecommunication company, Reliance Jio are divided over three floors, each 6 m high to ensure a 4.5 m false ceiling height, despite a heavy contingent of services required in this building.

An exciting project feature update! Landmark Retail Boulevard for BB Landmark Realty Ltd featured on architecturesocial.com

Delivering the public realm is one of the most important components of any city or neighborhood. As such, the built form and streetscape treatments provided were an attractive, safe and comfortable pedestrian environment, while maintaining the overall visual cohesiveness of the area.

This was achieved through a variety of design responses, which included open shop fronts, covered retail passage on ground floor, placement of stairs connecting floors and open plaza, acrylic light boxes being the part of façade cladding system.
