A city view this good deserved more than an open terrace.

For this upcoming villa, we designed a generous seating area beneath a pergola, creating a comfortable setting for everything from quiet evenings to larger gatherings. The structure gives the terrace a sense of enclosure without taking away from the openness or the view, turning it into an outdoor room the clients can actually use for entertaining.

A bar sits between the dining and formal living room, so we designed it as more than just a functional addition. It becomes a transition between the two spaces.

Rich veneer and warm beige stone carry the material language of the larger home through the bar, while marble, gold accents, and a subtle hint of red give it a stronger identity of its own. The result is a modern space that feels layered without becoming too formal.

A villa shaped by a much more restrained architectural language.

For this upcoming project, weโ€™re working with exposed grey concrete, strong geometric volumes, and clean contemporary lines. Rather than relying on decorative elements, the architecture gets its character from proportion, depth, and the way the different forms intersect across the faรงade.
