Gobhi Palak Gosht Recipe
📋 Ingredients / सामग्री
🥩 Gosht – ½ kg
🥬 Palak – ½ kg
🥦 Gobi – 2 small (hand-torn florets)
🛢 Sarson ka Tel – 2 tbsp
🧅 Onion – 2 small (finely chopped)
🧄 Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
🌿 Coriander Powder – 2½ tbsp
🌶 Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
✨ Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
🌸 Garam Masala – little (half now, half at end)
🌶 Green Chillies – as needed
🧂 Salt – to taste
🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish

📝 Method / विधि
1️⃣ Heat mustard oil in cooker till raw smell goes, add a pinch of hing.
2️⃣ Add onions and sauté till light golden.
3️⃣ Add gosht, bhunao till water dries and colour changes.
4️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste and roast till raw smell finishes.
5️⃣ Add coriander, red chilli, turmeric, salt and a little garam masala. Bhunao well (add little water if needed).
6️⃣ Add palak and hand-torn gobi florets. Mix well.
7️⃣ Close cooker and pressure cook till gosht is soft (7–8 whistles, adjust as per cooker).
8️⃣ Open lid, cook on high flame till water dries.
9️⃣ Add green chillies and remaining garam masala, give final bhunai.
🔟 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

💡 Tips / टिप्स
✨ Hing removes gobi ki raw smell and keeps taste clean.
✨ Don’t over-brown onions, warna taste kadwa ho jaata hai.
✨ Hand-torn gobi cooks better with gosht.
✨ Palak aur gobi apna pani chhodti hain — extra water ki zarurat nahi.
✨ End me garam masala add karne se aroma fresh rehta hai.
