CORPORATE TECH TOWER :
IT Icon of Smart City Faridabad
is conceived as a Contemporary Corporate landmark on Mathura Road, Faridabad, distinguished by its sculptural form and expressive use of glass, steel and white composite cladding. The building departs from the conventional office block through its sweeping curved façades, circular rooftop pavilion and prominent glazed dome, creating a strong visual identity on the city skyline.
The massing is carefully articulated to break down the scale of the structure, while the extensive use of high-performance curtain glazing allows the office floors to receive abundant daylight and panoramic views.
The Interior Design is defined by a dramatic multi-storey Atrium crowned by a large circular skylight, which acts as the spatial and visual focus of the building. Open galleries, glass railing and high-speed panoramic lifts animate the atrium while encouraging connectivity across floors. A strong biophilic design approach is integrated through the use of vertical green walls, internal planters, terrace gardens and landscaped edges that soften the corporate environment and introduce nature into the workplace. Premium materials such as Italian marble flooring, warm timber finishes and ambient lighting lend the common areas the character of a five-star hospitality space, reinforcing the tower’s identity as a refined and technologically advanced workplace.
