Honoured to be part of an inspiring learning journey!

A big thank you to all the 20 delegates who joined the Leadership in Real Estate Development training program held from 12th to 15th November 2025 at CEPT University.
Your active participation, insights, and curiosity made the workshop truly meaningful.

My heartfelt thanks to CEPT for thoughtfully planning and hosting this four-day program. The academic rigour, campus environment, and support from the CEPT Professional Programs team made this experience exceptional.

It was a privilege for me to plan and coordinate this program, and I am grateful for the trust and support extended by AREIDA and everyone involved.

Looking forward to many more such collaborative learning opportunities for the real estate and development community.

Thrilled to share this feature as part of *“The Future of Facade”* series powered by Stonelam, where I had the opportunity to discuss my approach to façade design — one that balances *context, climate, and creativity*.

In the article, I reflect on how architecture must not only express identity but also respond sensitively to its environment. Our recent residential project in Assam draws from the region’s *high rainfall, humidity, and local materials* — integrating *Cherrapunji stone* with modern systems and *concealed anchoring techniques* to achieve both performance and elegance.

The future of façade design lies at the intersection of *technology and tradition* — where *AI-driven simulations, BIPV systems, and robotic fabrication* will redefine how buildings adapt, breathe, and express.
