The future of the workplace isn’t just about where we sit—it’s about how we connect.
We recently hosted MillerKnoll for an incredible seminar on workplace design thinking. A massive thank you to Rebecca Greier Horton, PG, WELL AP and Atish Shawarna for challenging us to look at the pillars of Well-being, Connection, and Change through a new lens.
We are moving past the era of "Activity-Based Work" and entering the age of Relationship-Based Work . Whether at the individual or community level, the modern office must be a catalyst for synergy. By prioritizing Neurodiversity and Psychological Safety, we need to ensure, people feel safe enough in evolving work environments today.
Our Founder, Tushar Mittal also shared his valuable insights on the role of AI on the above:
“AI isn't replacing creativity; it's a co-pilot for human ingenuity —making the path from a bold idea to a finished space faster and more efficient than ever!"
While tools are evolving, but the goal remains the same—designing for humanity.
