A small series inspired by the tiny worlds we often overlook.

The textures, shapes, colours and quiet movement of insects have always fascinated me.
There’s something strangely beautiful about slowing down enough to really observe them.

These pieces were created as soft studies of that curiosity.

Art & Architecture Timeline of India.

A mural project commissioned by The Sixth Element School, near Tata Primanti.

The idea behind this space was to help pre-schoolers experience history not just through books, but through visuals, textures, movement and interaction.

Beginning from Prehistoric India and moving all the way to Post Modern India, the walls were designed to make learning feel immersive, tactile and engaging.

Because for children, spaces often become their first teachers.

And sometimes, a wall can hold centuries of stories.

The idea was simple.

From Surrealism and Impressionism to Cubism, Abstract, Minimalism and Pop Art, each board carries a distinct identity, along with thoughts from the artists themselves.

Instead of just learning names, children experience the feeling of each art form.🧑‍🎨

Hi, I’m Kanika :) 👩🏻‍🎨

I’ve always believed that a wall is never just a wall.
It holds space for stories, for energy, for expression.

What started as a small moment of curiosity slowly became what I do today.
Creating murals, painting spaces, and turning blank surfaces into something that feels alive.🌻
