3 tower blocks of apartments and one club are meticulously sited in an amorphic site creating highly effective architectural and landscaped spaces, that totally minimize the odd and unused spaces of the irregular site.

Tower on podium concept, vehicular free podium, grand entry, landscape integrated stilt, 80% of area with landscape, tropical greens ubiquitously spanning the entire stilt, podium, balconies, and terraces pronounce the concept of “living one with nature”.

Only 3 or 2 Apartment blocks arranged around vertical core are treated as individual villas having the “aqueous” connection with the lake in front, designed to cater to present and future lifestyles demand and aspirations.

A distinctive designed with the latest trends, is kept with dominating vertical lines and projecting , creating interesting and , adding character to the . In the planning, main idea was to allocate central space in the master plan to evoke healthy lifestyle and integrate the space.
Project comprises of 7-towers and overlooking open space and amenities, with site extent of 9.81 acres having the configuration of 18, 24, 30 and 36 floors, and overall 2.39 million sq.ft of , comprising 1082 stylish units.
