A well-chilled cake is VERY important before doing any chocolate drip

βœ… Perfect Chocolate Drip Consistency
β€’ Pourable, not runny
β€’ Flows slowly like warm honey 🍯
β€’ Smooth, glossy & controlled drips
β€’ Slightly warm to touch (never hot)

🍫 Ideal Chocolate Drip Ratio
Always use real chocolate, not compound πŸ‘‡
πŸ‘‰ 1 : 1 (Chocolate : Cream)

β€’ This is the base ratio only
β€’ Works best as a starting point for most chocolates

⚠️ Important Note
These ratios are approximate.
Consistency changes with weather, room temperature & chocolate quality, so always adjust based on flow, not just measurements.

πŸ₯„ Quick Fix Tips
β€’ Too thick? β†’ Add a little warm cream and mix
β€’ Too thin? β†’ Wait and let it cool until it thickens

✨ Save this for perfect chocolate drips every time!
πŸ“Œ Chilled cake + correct consistency = flawless drips

Understand this πŸ‘‡πŸ»

🧈 Butter Paper
Not heat resistant
Coated with wax or butter
Will burn or melt in the oven

Best for:
βœ” Wrapping sandwiches
βœ” Covering dough in the fridge
βœ” Lining chocolate trays (no baking)

β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”

πŸ”₯ Parchment Paper (Baking Paper)
Heat resistant (usually up to 220–230Β°C)
Non-stick, food safe for baking
Safe for oven & air fryer

Best for:
βœ” Cookies
βœ” Cakes
βœ” Bread & brownies
βœ” Roasting
Big mistake most bakers make

❌ Using butter paper in the oven thinking it’s parchment β†’ leads to burnt paper + ruined bake

Quick rule to remember
πŸ‘‰ Oven = Parchment
πŸ‘‰ No heat = Butter paper
