Designed by and spread across 1 Acre in Zylar808 presents a new vision of the Indian modern home, one that feels bold and private from the outside, yet calm and open as you enter. Designed with a strong sense of contrast, as the home reveals itself, it creates a living experience that feels both luxurious and deeply intentional.

Every opening is planned to frame greenery, bringing softness and calmness into everyday life. The backyard is shaped so the home itself becomes the view, allowing the architecture to be experienced in a more immersive way. Secure lower ground parking keeps the visual experience uninterrupted, while the separate outdoor party area ensures private family living remains undisturbed. Altogether, Zylar808 reflects a refined, future-forward approach to Indian modern living.

From intimate banquet spaces to a pre-function area built over a waterbody, every transition is designed to build anticipation before the main celebration. With hotel rooms oriented toward the banquets, the architecture keeps guests visually connected to the grandeur and elegance of the setting throughout their stay, creating a more immersive and memorable experience.

Designed by , Swarnim Banquet in Bathinda, Punjab, spread across 5.2 acres, is envisioned as more than just a wedding venue. It is designed as an architectural reveal.

Hidden from the road, the space slowly unfolds as you move closer. A 60 ft high pre banquet hall directs the eye toward the grand 45 ft dome, creating a powerful visual focus. The dome is built using a ferrocement and truss system instead of RCC, making it lightweight yet structurally strong.

With Rajasthani style Jharokhas, a 95 ft overall height, and a 50 ft entrance gate that hints at the scale within, the banquet creates a heritage inspired presence that feels monumental while building curiosity before its full grandeur is revealed.

Designed by , Affluent Emperador is a thoughtfully planned mixed-use development in Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana, bringing together retail spaces, modern work environments, and landscaped surroundings in a calm, balanced setting.

Spread across half an acre, the project focuses on ease of movement, clear planning, and everyday comfort. The layout encourages focused work, smooth transitions, and moments to pause, creating a commercial environment that feels structured yet relaxed.

Affluent Emperador is envisioned as a long-term urban address, shaped with clarity, restraint, and a strong emphasis on functional design that ages well with the city.
