Beyond its needle-like leaves, rosemary produces delicate blue or white flowers that are edible and highly attractive to bees, making it an important early food source for pollinators. Naturally rich in antioxidants, rosemary has been used as a preservative to keep food fresh, while its strong scent can also help repel pests and purify the air.
