Sandeep is a change agent, promoting and building rural capacities and livelihoods. He is a natural enabler of community participation and collective with key focus on the local citizens and has set-up an Information & Communication Technology ( ) based Centre, for the local community of and surrounding areas which functions as an 'access point' for delivery of various electronic services to the locals, thereby contributing to development of a digitally and financially inclusive society. He works with enabler banks to deliver various banking and financial services, Government to Citizens (G2C services) and Business to Citizens (B2C services), besides managing a farm stay named "Kolakham - The Himalayan Retreat", promoting tourism and income generation for locals by his other ventures viz,
