Vada Pav - Perfect Indian Snack | Str**t Style Vada Pav Recipe

This recipe is for a delicious and authentic Vada Pav. Vada Pav is a popular str**t food in India that is made with a deep-fried potato patty, bread, and chutneys.

Ingredients:

For the Vada Pav:

500 grams mashed potatoes
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cup gram flour
1 and 1/2 cup water
Oil for frying

For the Green Chutney:

1 cup coriander leaves
3-4 green chili
6-7 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 rock salt
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup water

For the Red Garlic Chutney:

1 cup garlic cloves
1 red chili powder
1 fistful roasted peanuts
2-3 tsp sesame seeds roasted
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-3 tsp groundnut oil

1 Cup मिल्क पाउडर से बनाएं गुलाब जामुन 20 मिनट में | Gulab Jamun Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Gulab Jamun:

1 cup Milk Powder
2 tbsp Suji (Semolina)
2 tbsp cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
1 cup Milk (adjust as needed)
Oil or Ghee for frying

For the Sugar Syrup (Chashni):

2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 cups Water
4-5 Cardamom Pods, crushed

Instructions:

Prepare the Dough-

In a large mixing bowl, combine milk powder, suji, all-purpose flour, and baking soda.

Add ghee and mix well until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Gradually add milk and knead into a soft, smooth dough. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Make the Sugar Syrup-

In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium flame until the sugar dissolves completely.
Add crushed cardamom pods, lemon juice, and saffron strands. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Add rose water or kewra water if using. Keep warm.

Shape the Gulab Jamuns-

Divide the dough into small, equal-sized balls. Ensure there are no cracks on the surface.
Heat oil or ghee in a deep frying pan over low to medium heat.

Fry the Gulab Jamuns-

Gently slide the balls into the hot oil. Fry them on low heat, stirring occasionally, until they turn golden brown.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Soak in Sugar Syrup-

Immediately transfer the fried gulab jamuns into the warm sugar syrup.
Let them soak for at least 2 hours to absorb the syrup and become soft and juicy.

Serve-
Garnish with chopped nuts or silver edible leaves if desired.
Serve warm or at room temperature and enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth goodness!

Tips-

Ensure the oil is not too hot while frying to avoid burning the gulab jamuns.

Let the dough rest to allow the suji to absorb moisture and soften.

Soaking the gulab jamuns in warm syrup helps them absorb the syrup better.

सिर्फ 10 मिनट में बनाएं सबसे आसान पास्ता रेसिपी

Ingredients-

1 cup elbow macaroni
1 onion, finely chopped
2-3 tsp garlic-garlic chopped
2 tomato, diced
2 tsp Mayonnaise
2 cubes of Amul Cheese
Salt
Black pepper
3-4 Green chillies
1 tsp Schezwan Chutney
1 tsp Tomato ketchup

Instructions-

Cook the pasta: Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook the macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté aromatics: Heat oil in a pan, add onion, and cook until golden brown. Stir in chopped Ginger-garlic and cook for another minute.

Add spices: Add black pepper, salt, Schezwan chutney and Tomato ketchup. Cook until everything softens.

Combine ingredients: Pour the cooked pasta into the Kadhai and mix well. Add Mayonnaise and bring to a simmer.

Grate the cheese: Gradually add the grated cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.

Spicy Cheese Pasta is ready to be served.
