“Villa Max”

Villa max is unlike any other traditional house in Northern Kerala which pose itself in a tropical climate.

It has skilfully shedded the regular load bearing structure of Laterite and concrete, instead use the unusual over-burnt bricks along with Cast Iron I section for the ground and first floor. The retaining wall with slab overlooking the vast wetlands on the south side, which seamlessly connects the nature with the house.

Villa max is carefully adapted to the tropical climate by imbibing the material palette. along with open balcony towards the west side which prevent from harsh sunlight entering Villa max.

“Villa Max”

Villa max is unlike any other traditional house in Northern Kerala which pose itself in a tropical climate.
