Minutes of tcwa meeting held on 27/12/14
1. मासिक शुल्क लो हर महीने देना है वो अब छः मासिक देना होगा ।
2. सभी स्टाफ tcwa में जोड़ने का लक्ष्य है इसके लिए बॉय लॉज को एक पन्ने में बना के सब को दिया जाना है वो काम सचिव महोदय करेंगे।
3. गम महोदय के आदेश है की duty शुरू करने से पहले gaurd के पास जा कर oath शपथ लेना है की हम ईमानदारी से काम करेंगे । इसका विरोध किया गया ये कहा गया की कोई स्टाफ gaurd के पास नहीं जायेगा ।
4. Assistance Treasurer श्री अंजनी कुमार को बनाया गया है । ताकि narendra भैया के न रहने पर वो सारा डेटा दे सके ।
5. NTCM 2015 जो की भोपाल में 7&8 feb को होना है उसमे सब का भाग लेना और फण्ड इक्कठा करना ।
6. हमारे संगठन सचिव महोदय श्री L.C.MEENA जी के सुझाव पर jan की मीटिंग पार्टी के साथ होगी जो भी सदश्य होंगे पार्टी में सामिल उनको जो भी खर्च होगा बराबर share करेंगे

दोस्तों दिनांक 28/9/17 को ticket checking welfare association की एक सभी committee hall platform no 1 kanpur central में संपन्न हुए ।जिस हमारे association के 31 member उपस्थित थे ।जिसमे निम्न फैसले लिए गए ।
1. Registration की प्रक्रिया जो धीमी पर गयी थी उसमे तेजी लायी जाय ।
2. association के तरफ से जो भी लाभ दिया जायेगा वो सिर्फ और सिर्फ सदस्यों को ही मिलेगा । सिर्फ किसी भी ticket checking staff मृत्यु के case में हम सभा बुला कर जो भी मदद किया जायेगा ।
3. मुग़लसराय रनिंग रूम की अत्यंत दैनिए स्थिति से div और railway board को अवगत करना ।
4. अभी जिनकी पोस्टिंग dycit में हुई है उनके पे स्लीप में dycit लिखवाने के लिए एक application srdpo को देना
5. अभी association में कम सदस्य है उनकी संख्या को बढाना next meeting तक कम से कम 100 स्टाफ को हमारे association के नियम और शर्ते की जानकारी देना ।
सभा की समाप्ति हमारे association के अध्यक्ष महोदय श्री राजेश गुप्ता द्वारा दिए गए भाषण से हुआ ।

The cadre of tkt.checking is created on the basis of passenger amenities and in ratio of trains. No tkt.checking cadre is created for squads. The staff are withdrawn from amenities and posted in squad for earnings, which is a breach of trust between travelling public and rly.admn. There are no target earnings as such and no bond obtained from tc by admn. that he would give certain target. As per CAT/Eastern Railway/kolkatta's judgement "the job of tkt.checking staff is to eradicate the leakage of rly . revenue and the leakage is not uniform but like municipal tap. The tap sometimes leak by drops, sometimes overflow and sometimes may not flow at all and as such this hon'ble court orders that tkt.checking staff should be exempted from TAR
