Spread over about 7 acres (304920 sq.feet), our manufacturing plant at Karnal, Haryana, is equipped with a variety of high precision machinery. We have in-house manufacturing of implement parts, employing machines such as CNC, VMC, HMC, Gear hobbers, bevel generator, broach, CNC wire-cut machine and a variety of hydraulic and mechanical presses. We also employ machines and processes such as Shot blasting machine and Powder coat painting for long lasting and great looking product finish. Since most of our implement parts are machined in-house, this gives us a lot more control over the quality of the parts that are used in our implements. The material used in all our implement parts is metallurgically tested and goes through stringent quality checks before being used in the final product. We work at very low tolerances for critical parts such as gears, bearing seats and shafts. Hence, all our products are much more resistant to wear and tear and last much longer. You will never find any excess vibration in a Universal Implements product. Our company has been certified as an ISO 9001:2008 company for our Quality management systems.
