Architecturally, this scheme demonstrates how a modest east‑facing plot in a dense town like Kilakarai can host a livelihood at street level and a comfortable, well‑shaded home without sacrificing privacy or climate comfort.
The project can be framed as a contemporary interpretation of traditional jali‑screened houses, bringing vernacular cooling logic into a clean, modern mixed‑use facade.
This house is not just a residence it's giving a value to offering a space that is both the living and interaction. It's where family,friends, and neighbours mingle freely, sharing laughter and creating memories.
