*AVOID STAYFTY AT ALL COSTS :A Warning to Architects and Builders*

As an architect, I'm sharing my disappointing experience with Stayfty, Steel Windows and More. Our project was marred by poor workmanship, unprofessional service, and a lack of accountability.

*Poor Quality Work*
The installed windows didn't meet standards, and the defects were noticeable. As an architect, it's embarrassing to have such subpar work associated with my projects.

*Unresponsive Service*
When I reported issues, the service team was unhelpful, I have been waiting for 6 months for the pending repair works and now they're not even answering my calls.

*Unprofessional Behavior*
Stayfty's behavior has been unacceptable. They're unaccountable and unresponsive, leaving customers to deal with the consequences.

*I strongly advise architects and builders to avoid Stayfty. Working with them can damage your reputation and compromise project quality. Their products and services are unreliable.*

Breezy hut is located in a lush green area of Palai, Kerala.The climate in this area has dramatic change between sunny and rainy seasons and sees tropical storms each year.
The homeowner wished to build an effective, ecological and friendly house, which would take advantage of the natural features of the region. So we encompassed natural beauty at every turn. Wooden elements and a decorative clay tiled ceiling add rich tone and texture to the luxuriously yet cozy home, where natural light floods through impressive gable windows and louvers.

Casting concrete slab is considerably crucial task in a building construction and requires great planning and accuracy, in addition to proper ex*****on sequence.
Before starting this process, One must check the formwork in line, level and strength; then the MS steel bars are checked for bending, binding, overlap and spacing etc. After steel bar bending and binding, next the conduit pipe is laid for electricity and fan hook etc as per the design requirement. Once all of the above are checked concrete or stone pieces of 12mm to 15 mm thickness are placed under the steel bars for providing the proper cover underneath. Subsequently the cement concrete mix are laid as per design but not below the 1; 2; 4 ratio. The mix should be mechanically mixed and vibrated after laying on the slab. This is what is portrayed on the video of KYŪBU HOUSE’s making.
