The kitchen and dining area of Mithila showcase a contemporary, open-concept interior that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and wash areas, emphasizing warm tones and clean lines. The space features a U-shaped modular kitchen layout that transitions into the dining area via a breakfast counter or room divider. A sophisticated palette of glossy peach or terracotta-toned base cabinets is contrasted by off-white or light gray overhead units, while black granite or quartz countertops provide a sharp, modern horizontal accent. Strategic lighting illuminates the workspace and highlights the white marble-patterned backsplash.

A rectangular dining table with a white stone or marble top is paired with high-back wooden chairs, positioned to take advantage of the natural light from the large windows. Floor-to-ceiling windows with dark metal security grilles offer a picturesque view of lush greenery, effectively bringing a “vertical garden” feel into the interior.

The wash area continues the modern aesthetic, focusing on geometric shapes and integrated lighting. An asymmetrical, organically shaped mirror with warm backlighting serves as a focal point against a large-format tiled wall. A modern, circular pendant light and a sleek horizontal light bar above the mirror provide layered illumination for the space.jpo

Mithila — where thoughtful details shape everyday living.
This cozy living corner is defined by a custom arched glass partition framed in wood, gently separating the staircase while keeping the space visually open. The staircase with a warm wooden handrail and integrated display shelves in the partition add character, while a simple seating arrangement creates a calm and welcoming living space.
A contemporary interior where wood, light, and subtle detailing come together to create comfort.

Mithila — a home that quietly redefines what is possible on a 5 cent plot.
Located in Manakkapady, North Paravur, this 2400 sq ft 3 bedroom residence proves that thoughtful planning can transform limited land into generous living. The first thought when stepping inside is simple — how can a home on just 5 cents feel this spacious?
Designed in a clean contemporary style, Mithila rises confidently with well-balanced proportions and a striking third floor open flat roof with a louvered ceiling, creating a unique outdoor experience within a compact site.
Every interior space is planned for openness and flow, ensuring that the home feels far larger than its footprint. Smart zoning, vertical expansion, and architectural clarity make this a true example of a modern 3 bedroom house in North Paravur that maximizes space without compromising comfort.
A carefully crafted 2400 sq ft house design in Manakkapady, where contemporary architecture meets intelligent planning on a 5 cent land.

Landscape, when composed with intention, becomes an extension of architecture rather than an afterthought.

At this 3600 sq ft residence in North Paravur, Ernakulam, the outdoor court is shaped as a tactile, grounded environment defined by material clarity and layered planting.

A sculptural planet circle round cobble stone feature anchors the space, framed by a textured brick cladding backdrop that introduces warmth and depth. Surrounding it, structured tropical planting — Calathea Lutea, Heliconia, Sellum, Umbrella Plant, and Monstera — creates rhythm, scale, and visual softness.

Underfoot, the interplay of 3x1 Kadappa stone flooring and natural Pondicherry pebbles establishes an earthy, enduring palette. Strategically placed potted Plumeria add seasonal bloom and quiet fragrance, reinforcing the courtyard’s contemplative quality.

This is a carefully articulated residential landscape design in Ernakulam, where cobble stone paving, brick cladding, Kadappa stone detailing, Pondicherry pebbles, and curated tropical greens come together to form a composed, climate-responsive Kerala home landscape.

A home is not complete without the landscape that surrounds it.

At this 3600 sq ft residence in North Paravur, Ernakulam, the outdoor spaces were designed to feel grounded, breathable, and deeply connected to nature.

The entrance begins with a cobble stone pavement, creating a timeless and durable first impression. In front of the wicket gate, paving tiles with grass in the middle soften the approach, blending hardscape with greenery. A striking Terminalia tree anchors the front yard, offering shade and a sculptural presence.

Within the exterior courtyards, Calathea Lutea plants, potted Plumeria, and lush ferns bring layered textures and tropical character. At the rear, a distinctive planet circle round cobble stone feature adds rhythm and gathering space to the backyard courtyard.

Across the landscape, Kadappa stones are laid thoughtfully, extending even into the interior courtyard, where Pondicherry pebbles and curated clay pots introduce earthy warmth and natural contrast.

This is a carefully composed landscape design for a modern Kerala home, where cobble stone paving, courtyard greenery, Kadappa flooring, and tropical plants come together within a 3600 sq ft residential setting.
