Sambar Powder

Asafoetida or hing roast and powder a pinch

Chana dal (Bengalgram) powder tbsp 2

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Chili powder ¼ tsp

Turmeric powder ¼ tsp

Fenugreek powder ¼ tsp
