Crisp and light Chocolate Marble Cookies. Very tasty and easy to bake.

Ingredients:
- Butter – 1 cup (room temp)
- Sugar – ½ cup (powdered)
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- Flour – 2 ½ cups
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
- Cornflour – 2 tbsp
- Milk – ¼ cup (as needed)
- Baking powder – ½ tsp
- Baking soda – ¼ tsp

Instructions:
1. Beat butter and sugar until well combined. Add vanilla.
2. Fold in flour gently. Divide dough into two portions.
3. Mix cocoa into one portion, cornflour into the other. Add milk (if needed) to form a smooth dough.
4. Divide each dough into 5 portions, roll into cylinders, and combine them into a log.
5. Wrap in foil/cling wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
6. Slice into ½ cm thick pieces and bake at 160°C for 15 mins or until edges turn golden brown.
7. Let cool before serving.
