Greetings everyone,

As tourism flourishes, "Gram Panchayat" buildings across the region have begun displaying the name "Gram Sachivalay" necessitating a transformation in their appearance as well.

Two Gram Sachivalay building projects, meticulously planned and aligned with the district's development trajectory, are currently underway in Sindhudurg. We express our gratitude for the selection of Smart Architects for this endeavor.

As India's first and only tourism district, Sindhudurg should not only be renowned for its natural beauty but also for its exquisite and functional architecture. The new structure should be modern and contemporary, with a minimal footprint, and should honor the position of Gram Sevaks and Gram Sachivs while also respecting the dignity of the esteemed Sarpanch and members. It should also be harmonious with the surrounding environment.

Therefore, these buildings feature sloping roofs (sloping roofs) and the traditional white color that befits government buildings. To promote transparency in governance, glass has been incorporated. We have strived to maintain simplicity while adding a touch of modernity.

While these two structures are not grandiose, they certainly exude an air of grandeur.

The new Gram Sachivalay buildings in Sindhudurg district stand as emblems of rural development and progress. We are confident that these projects will serve as exemplary models of modern and efficient architecture and that such structures will usher in a positive change for the district's inhabitants.

मुंबई स्थित ३ कुटुंबांसाठी सिंधुदुर्ग जिल्ह्यातील देवगड तालुक्यातील एका गावा मध्ये "आमचे गावचे घर" या मुंबईकर संकल्पनेवर आधारित आम्ही एक घर डिझाइन केले आहे. गावाचे नाव काही कारणास्तव उघड करू शकत नाही.

आमच्या क्लायंट च्या संकल्पनेला आर्किटेक्चरल सर्विसेस च्या माध्यमातून आकार देण्याचे काम आम्ही Smart Architects करण्याचा प्रयत्न करतो आहोत.

क्लायंट चा मेसेज पुढीलप्रमाणे:

जमीन प्रशस्त आहे. जागेची अडचण नाही. त्यामुळे हे घर गावातील पारंपरिक घरासारखे असूनही आधुनिक दिसावे, आत मात्र ते आधुनिक सुविधांनी भरलेले असावे. प्रत्येक कुटुंबासाठी स्वतंत्र मोठ्या आकाराची खोली उपलब्ध असावी, ज्यामध्ये डबलबेड, कपाट, सोफा, अभ्यासिका आणि टॉयलेट असावे. एक प्रशस्त आणि आधुनिक किचन जिथे कुटुंब मिळून जेवण बनवू शकतात आणि गप्पा मारू शकतात. डायनिंग हॉल स्वतंत्र व दर्शनी भागात असावा. एक मोठा आणि आरामदायी लिविंग रूम जिथे कुटुंबातील सर्व लहान मोठे सदस्य एकत्र येऊन वेळ घालवू शकतील.

घरात वरचा मजला नको, कुटुंबातील सदस्यांना एकमेकांशी सहज संवाद साधता येतो. मोठ्या खिडक्या आणि उघड्या जागांमुळे घर हवेशीर आणि नैसर्गिक प्रकाशाने भरलेले असते त्यामुळे काचेचा वापर जास्त झाल्यास हरकत नाही. घराची रचना प्रामुख्याने छत कोकणातील पावसाला लक्षात घेऊन बनवण्यात यावे.

घरात एक स्वतंत्र देवघर असावे जिथे आमचे कुटुंब आणि मित्र परिवार गणपती सण आणि इतर सण साजरे करू शकतील. घर सुंदर बागा आणि लँडस्केपिंगने वेढलेले असावे. त्याचबरोबर किमान चार गाड्या पार्क करू शकू असे पार्किंग देखील असावे. ओपन पार्किंग देखील चालेल. सोबतच मुलांना गल्ली क्रिकेट, खो खो, फुटबॉल असे खेळ खेळण्यासाठी घरालगतच प्रशस्त जागा असावी. आणि यासोबतच वास्तु शास्त्राचा योग्य ताळमेळ साधलेला असावा. असे घर तुम्ही बनवून द्याल याची आम्हाला खात्री आहे.
