As important it is to design a spectacular front facade of a residence, it is equally important to have an interesting play of volumes on the back facade as well.
The pattern on this was broken by solid & void spaces, raising the bedrooms at different heights to create a staggered view.
The edges of the rooms are extended to form the outward looking balcony spaces, along with a border to emphasize the shapes.
The central axis is given double height opening along with a visual buffer to create an interactive space
