Dear Associates, Partners, Clients, Stakeholders and Well-Wishers,
With deep respect and heartfelt gratitude for your continued support over the years, we wish to make a formal and transparent announcement regarding the future of VBRIDGE MEGACORP.
After more than half a decade of dedicated work, passion, and growth in the world of architecture, design, and consultancy, the founding partners of VBRIDGE have mutually decided to pursue individual creative journeys. As architecture and design remain inherently subjective fields, where choices of work, approach, and artistic direction differ with time and evolution, this decision stems from a place of maturity, mutual respect, and professional integrity.
While VBRIDGE has delivered multiple landmark projects and built an invaluable network over the years, the founding partners have come to this decision, recognising and considering factors related to their individual visions and line of work. Thus, they have chosen to initiate independent design studios, where their respective approaches can evolve freely and more meaningfully.
We hereby declare that VBRIDGE MEGACORP shall begin the process of winding up its operations in this financial year. However, please note that VBRIDGE remains fully committed to fulfilling all ongoing projects, work orders, and professional obligations. Every existing commitment will be honored with the same sincerity, quality, and professionalism that you’ve come to expect from us.
We request all vendor partners and stakeholders to kindly submit any pending dues or financial statements to our official mail mentioned below, by 30th May 2025, so that we can proceed with the necessary formalities and initiate the closing procedures in a timely and transparent manner. We humbly appeal to all our stakeholders to kindly extend their patience and support during this transition period, as we responsibly manage operational closures and ensure that all necessary dues and obligations are addressed with the utmost care and fairness.
Further updates—if absolutely required—will be posted via this page. Otherwise, this message shall be considered the official public declaration of VBRIDGE’s decision in this regard. Also, we sincerely request all our clients, collaborators, and well-wishers to continue their support and blessings as the Founding Partners of VBRIDGE, Ayan Roy & Soumyodeep Das, embark on their new ventures, which hopefully will be officially announced by them in due course.
