ആധുനിക EXTERIOR ഡിസൈനുകളുടെ സവിശേഷത വൃത്തിയുള്ള ലൈനുകൾ, മിനിമലിസ്റ്റ് സൗന്ദര്യശാസ്ത്രം, പ്രകൃതിദത്ത വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ഉപയോഗം എന്നിവയാണ്.
ആധുനിക ബാഹ്യ രൂപകൽപ്പനയുടെ ചില ജനപ്രിയ ഘടകങ്ങൾ ഇനിപ്പറയുന്നവയാണ്:

1. പരന്ന മേൽക്കൂര: ആധുനിക വീടുകൾക്ക് പലപ്പോഴും പരന്ന മേൽക്കൂരകളാണുള്ളത്, അത് വൃത്തിയുള്ളതും ചുരുങ്ങിയതുമായ രൂപഭാവം നൽകുന്നു.
