Afghani Keema 🤤🔥
Creamy, rich & packed with delicious flavours! Perfect with roti, naan or jeera rice. ❤️. 🌿

500g Keema ko oil me 3-4 pyaz 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste aur ½ tsp salt ke saath bhun lein. Thoda paani add karke keema ko tender hone tak cook karein.

Green paste ke liye hara dhaniya dahi kaju aur 3–4 green chillies ka smooth paste bana lein.

Phir ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp white pepper, ½ tsp jeera powder aur 1 tsp dhania powder add karein.

Green paste add karke achhe se bhunein jab tak oil separate na ho jaye.

Ab flame pe Finally 2 tsp kasuri methi + 1 tbsp fresh cream add karke 2–3 minutes cook karein.

🌿 Green chillies aur lemon slices se garnish karein.

Creamy, flavourful Afghani keema ready! 😍
