Soft mornings, filtered light, and a view that never needs framing.
These bedrooms were designed to feel like a quiet exhale — where the outdoors becomes part of the interior through large, sheer-draped windows overlooking the farmhouse greens and swimming pool view.
The palette stays honest — lime plaster walls, stone cladding, warm oak, leather panelling and textured fabrics— form a tactile canvas that’s both minimal and warm.

This 3000 sq yard farmhouse feels warm yet refined.

This is the space that celebrates the art of living slowly.
Every piece here — from the artwork to the sculptural furniture — is chosen to hold its own story while blending into the calm narrative of the farmhouse.
The textures used are raw but balanced with the minimalism and the warmth of the ample amount of sunlight barging in through the windows all around.

This living area has been designed less for perfection, and more for feeling — where conversation flows easily, sunlight lands softly, and life unfolds casually. And we have kept the colour palette quiet that allows the artworks and materials to breathe.

This place called ‘Kona’ has been envisioned as a jungle hideout and we let the brand itself guide the design.

This modern living space strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort — with warm textures, soft panel moulding, and a palette that whispers calm sophistication.

The sliding glass partition creates a seamless yet defined connection between the lounge and dining, while custom detailing adds a story to every corner. The client wanted a open yet closed space and we delivered it.
